Differences between coaching and psychotherapy:
Coaches focus on the future. Therapists focus on the past.
Coaches center their work around the belief that clients are healthy. Therapists utilize a framework that is based on pathology and illness.
Coaches work with the conscious mind. Therapists work with the unconscious mind.
Coaches’ work is often time-limited with specific desired behavioral outcomes. Therapists’ work is open-ended with “understanding” as the primary objective.
Coaches’ check on you in between sessions and hold you accountable to the work each week.
Similarities between coaching and psychotherapy:
Both are concerned with making concrete changes in your emotional state and life.
Both work to understand the self-limiting beliefs or behavior caused by thoughts and emotions that you may or may not be aware of.

TRANSFORMATION FOCUSED -
While we typically gauge individual change by observable behaviors, the most significant transformations occur at a deeper, less visible level. By fostering self-awareness, adjusting how we perceive things, and embracing new perspectives, we can unlock substantial personal and professional growth.
Systemic change facilitates flexible adaptation rather than simply following set procedures. This, in turn, enables us to skillfully navigate the intricate dynamics of our relationships, careers, and overall life experiences.
POSITIVE PSYCHOLOGY -
The science of happiness and human flourishing.
Positive psychological coaching employs a comprehensive approach toward development, which aids clients to identify and actively deploy their character strengths as well as acknowledges the multiple contexts which influences their lives. Research showed that this novel approach to people development leads to various positive consequences for both the individual (e.g., improved performance, self-efficacy, life satisfaction, self-confidence etc.) and the organization (e.g., talent retention, employee engagement, customer satisfaction, financial growth etc.
COGNITIVE BEHAVIOR COACHING -
CBC (Cognitive Behavioral Coaching) doesn't aim to provide direct solutions to individuals' issues. Instead, it employs a collaborative approach known as guided discovery to assist them in arriving at their own insights and resolutions. Guided discovery draws inspiration from the Socratic method, wherein the coach poses a sequence of questions to help individuals uncover relevant information and enhance their decision-making skills through insightful reflection.

Open and vital discussions are faced directly and without hesitation when they are deemed necessary.
HOLISTIC -
In today's world, there's a prevailing emphasis on specialization, reductionism, and isolation. Despite this trend, our coaching philosophy takes a holistic, integrative, and systemic approach.
