FAQs

  • Differences between coaching and psychotherapy:

    • Coaches focus on the future. Therapists focus on the past.

    • Coaches center their work around the belief that clients are healthy. Therapists utilize a framework that is based on pathology and illness.

    Similarities between coaching and psychotherapy:

    • Both are concerned with making concrete changes in your emotional state and life.

    • Both work to understand the self-limiting beliefs or behavior caused by thoughts and emotions that you may or may not be aware of.

    • Both practices help you grow, change and master your emotions.

  • We don’t see you as someone who needs fixing. In fact, we believe you’re already whole, resourceful, and capable of far more than you might currently realize. You’re the expert on your own life, and our role as coaches isn’t to tell you what to do—it’s to walk alongside you as you uncover your own answers, tap into your potential, and create meaningful change.

Our coaching isn’t a formula or a rigid system. It’s a co-created, dynamic process designed to meet you where you are. Together, we’ll have deep, transformative conversations that challenge old patterns, inspire new perspectives, and lead to powerful shifts—not just in how you think, but in how you show up in your life.

This isn’t about surface-level fixes or just achieving goals. It’s about creating clarity, unlocking your potential, and aligning your actions with what truly matters to you. Along the way, you’ll see changes in your performance, your focus, and your sense of direction. Most importantly, you’ll begin to create a life that feels deeply fulfilling—both personally and professionally.

  • We use a wide variety of coaching styles based upon what will resonate most with and help the client create change: Our most used styles are:

    TRANSFORMATION FOCUSED -

While we typically gauge individual change by observable behaviors, the most significant transformations occur at a deeper, less visible level. By fostering self-awareness, adjusting how we perceive things, and embracing new perspectives, we can unlock substantial personal and professional growth.

Systemic change facilitates flexible adaptation rather than simply following set procedures. This, in turn, enables us to skillfully navigate the intricate dynamics of our relationships, careers, and overall life experiences.

    POSITIVE PSYCHOLOGY -

The science of happiness and human flourishing.

Positive psychological coaching employs a comprehensive approach toward development, which aids clients to identify and actively deploy their character strengths as well as acknowledges the multiple contexts which influences their lives. Research showed that this novel approach to people development leads to various positive consequences for both the individual (e.g., improved performance, self-efficacy, life satisfaction, self-confidence etc.) and the organization (e.g., talent retention, employee engagement, customer satisfaction, financial growth etc.

    COGNITIVE BEHAVIOR COACHING -

CBC (Cognitive Behavioral Coaching) doesn't aim to provide direct solutions to individuals' issues. Instead, it employs a collaborative approach known as guided discovery to assist them in arriving at their own insights and resolutions. Guided discovery draws inspiration from the Socratic method, wherein the coach poses a sequence of questions to help individuals uncover relevant information and enhance their decision-making skills through insightful reflection.

    DIRECT -

Open and vital discussions are faced directly and without hesitation when they are deemed necessary.

    HOLISTIC -

In today's world, there's a prevailing emphasis on specialization, reductionism, and isolation. Despite this trend, our coaching philosophy takes a holistic, integrative, and systemic approach.

We recognize that changes made in one aspect of life frequently reverberate and affect others. By delving into the root causes of a specific challenge and addressing them effectively, we can trigger a cascade of positive effects, influencing multiple areas of your life.

This approach leads to genuine, enduring transformation rather than merely masking issues with temporary solutions.

    RESULTS FOCUSED -

While our coaches universally acknowledge the importance of the journey toward achieving results, they remain flexible in their choice of tools, techniques, and approaches.

This flexibility enables us to swiftly pivot to alternative strategies or methods if the current approach proves ineffective. Our core coaching style is characterized by adaptability, continuous refinement, and a relentless focus on achieving outcomes.

We frequently employ practical, precisely targeted strategies and tools to facilitate more efficient progress toward accomplishing goals.
